Ooze, don't drip.

Traditional salted caramel relies on cream, butter, and white sugar. Ours uses none of them. We slow-cook Medjool date paste with Himalayan pink salt until it reaches a pourable, oozing consistency, then pipe it into dark chocolate shells. The result is a truffle that breaks cleanly and reveals a flowing amber center. Finished with edible 24-carat gold flakes and packed in a matte black box. A caramel truffle that a diabetic can actually eat without guilt.
