We source ceremonial-grade matcha from Uji, Kyoto, and fold it into a ganache made from Medjool date and cocoa butter — no cream. The truffle is enrobed in 34% white chocolate and finished with a generous dusting of matcha. The result is a bright, grassy, subtly sweet truffle that bridges two ancient food cultures. Sold in limited seasonal batches of 500 boxes. Not available in any store in the Middle East or Japan.
