Heritage Medjool palm grove in the Jordan Valley
— Our story

A grove planted by hand in 1962.

In the spring of 1962, our grandfather carried thirteen Medjool offshoots across the Mediterranean from Morocco and planted them in the warm alluvial soil of the Jordan Valley. Those thirteen trees became the mother grove of everything we grow today.

Sixty years later, the orchard has grown — but the philosophy has not. We still hand-pollinate each palm in the spring, bag every cluster in breathable cotton, and climb the trees up to nine times per season to select only the fruits that have reached perfect tender amber.

We are a small family business. The same hands that prune the trees pack the boxes. The same family that planted the orchard answers the phone. That is how we've done it for three generations, and how we intend to keep doing it.

— What we believe

Slow craft, whole fruit.

01

Patience

Each fruit takes seven months to ripen on the tree. We never rush a harvest, never cure artificially.

02

Heritage

Our palms descend from mother trees brought to the Jordan Valley in 1962, three generations of stewardship.

03

Hand-craft

Every date is touched by human hands — from spring pollination to autumn grading.

04

Whole-fruit

Nothing is wasted. Second-grade fruit is slow-pressed into our paste and 14-hour reduction syrup.
