1. Order Processing
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days from our facility. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
2. Shipping Destinations & Times
We ship worldwide using insured express carriers. Estimated transit times after dispatch are:

3. Shipping Fees
- Live shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Complimentary standard shipping is offered on qualifying orders, as displayed on the cart page.
- Express upgrade is available at checkout where supported by our carriers.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. Please check with your local customs office for details before ordering.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel is collected by the carrier, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our team.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We carefully inspect every order before it leaves our facility. If your parcel arrives damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
7. Returns Policy
Because our dates are a perishable food product, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or in cases where the seal has been broken. Returns are limited to:
- Products that arrived damaged or with broken seals.
- Incorrect items shipped due to our error.
- Items that materially differ from their product description.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of resolution.
8. Lost or Undeliverable Parcels
If a parcel is marked as lost by the carrier or returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unpaid customs charges, we will contact you to arrange a re-ship at additional cost or a partial refund excluding original shipping fees.
9. Storage Recommendations
On arrival, store your dates in a cool, dry place. For extended freshness, transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate. Our dates remain at peak quality for up to 12 months when stored correctly.
