Inspired by the most iconic flavour marriage of the Arab world — rose and pistachio — this bar began as a seasonal Eid limited edition and became our most requested product. Medjool date paste is blended with a whisper of cold-distilled Damascus rosewater and studded with whole Aleppo pistachios before being poured into bars. Each one is hand-dipped in ruby chocolate — made from unfermented cacao with a naturally pink hue — and finished with three dried rose petals and a scatter of crushed pistachio. Packaged in a magnetic closure gift box. No artificial colour, no flavouring, no compromise.
